Investment Company Benefits Survey

The Investment Company Benefits Survey is a highly detailed and custom-designed benefits survey for investment companies. Initially focused on the Boston investment community, this survey provides a complete description of participants’ benefits programs including health and welfare and retirement plans, as well as benefits policies and procedures. Data is arrayed in a matrix format to show a full range of health and welfare and retirement plan information, allowing for side-by-side comparisons as well as a complete overview of each company’s benefits programs for officer, exempt and nonexempt employees.

Now in its 21st year, this survey is expanding membership to regional and national investment firms.
